Loopy

Loopy

The stratosphere was so stable this morning that a contrail didn’t quickly evaporate or become torn apart. It lingered for several minutes, artistically bending and twisting. Another jet streaked past, its arrow-straight contrail emphasizing the effect.

  1. interesting as contrails are technically extremely rare due to the HighBy-Pass Turbo Fan Engines used in all commercial aircraft and large military craft. therefore there are basically no contrails, lingering lines are intentional and toxic.

    1. Hello! Thank you for visiting and commenting.

When you say ‘intentional and toxic’ do you refer to so-called chemtrails? I will assume so and base my reply on that assumption.

HBTF powered aircraft can and do leave contrails. Under certain atmospheric conditions such aircraft may be more likely to leave one than a turbofan-powered plane. Also, like a naturally formed cloud, a contrail can linger quite a long time in a high humidity, low movement atmospheric layer.
